You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in

Local guests from Andaman & Nicobar Islands are welcome only with a genuine reason unless there's a case of unmarried couples

It is mandatory to present each guest's government-approved photo id proof during check-in. The documents that qualify as ID proof are Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, and Voter's ID.

Deluxe Double: 2 Adults + 1 Child

Family Triple: 3 Adults + 1 Child

An extra mattress can be added to each of the rooms at an additional cost to accommodate an extra guest

Any child below 5 years can stay at no extra cost for all the rooms

Children aged 6-12 years are charged as per the child rate policy

Anyone above 12 years of age is considered an adult and all the charges apply accordingly
Payment Policy

All bookings created prior to check-in time are accepted as per availability

Any booking made with 'Pay at Hotel' is not considered confirmed and is considered on hold. A deposit amount of min 50% of the total booking amount is expected to be paid. Please contact any of the numbers mentioned in the footer of this site to confirm your booking with us

The remaining 50% payment amount is to be cleared upon arrival before Check-In

The bookings made using the OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking, GoIbibo, Agoda, EaseMyTrip, HappyEasyGo, etc) fall under the policy of the respective travel agency

In the case of bookings made through offline travel agents, all policies apply as per our contract with the respective agent

Every service utilized that is not mentioned in the booking voucher is chargeable

We accept payments via UPI/ GooglePay/ PhonePe/ PayTm/ Bank Transfers
Cancellation and Refund Policy

The booking amount is refunded back for any bookings canceled before 14 days of arrival (excluding any convenience fee/ charges)

For cancellations within 14 days to 3 days of check-in are partially non-refundable (50% of the total booking amount is refunded back to the customer excluding any convenience fee/ charges)

For cancellations within 3 days of check-in are completely non-refundable

Refunds may not be granted in the event of non-arrival or unused nights due to flight or weather disruptions, although the rescheduling can be accommodated based on availability

To reschedule your stay, please contact us within 3 days prior to the date of arrival. Rescheduling request can be accepted based on availability

Despite our limited season and isolated location, we are unable to make any exceptions to our cancellation and deposit policy, however, we will try to do so in exceptional cases

Cancellations made for any booking that was done using the OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking, GoIbibo, Agoda, EaseMyTrip, HappyEasyGo, etc) falls under the policy of the respective travel agency as per the terms mentioned in the booking voucher
